Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after payment is received.


  • During busy times (such as holidays or sales), processing may take 5–7 business days.



Shipping Rates

  • Twilas Texas Treasures uses Pirate Ship to provide the best available shipping rates.


  • Shipping costs will be invoiced separately and are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the box, and the ship-to address.


  • Rates are automatically determined to ensure you get the most affordable option available.



Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship using:

  • USPS (Priority Mail, First-Class, or Ground Advantage)


  • UPS or FedEx, when available through Pirate Ship


    Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.



International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


  • Twilas Texas Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by customs.



Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Twilas Texas Treasures is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after shipment.


  • If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.



Damaged Goods

  •  If an item arrives damaged, please email twilastexastreasures@gmail.com within [X days] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund, replacement, or store credit.



Local Pickup (Optional)
