Returns

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our items, all sales are generally final. 

However, if an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of both the box and the damaged item. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis to determine the best resolution.Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

To request a refund, please email twilastexastreasures@gmail.com

 within [X days] of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [X–X business days].

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the exact item is still available (rare with vintage items).

If not, you may be offered store credit or a refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

All vintage and one-of-a-kind items are sold as-is and may show signs of age or wear. These are not considered defects.

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Twilas Texas Treasures is not responsible for lost return packages.

Store Credit

In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be delivered via email and does not expire.
